What it is

Ratio of shots on target to total shots. Measures attack precision. Elite: >40% | Average: 30-40% | Low: <30%.

Formula

Accuracy = (Shots on Target / Total Shots) × 100

Real Example

Liverpool: 18 shots, 8 on target → 44.4% accuracy → High offensive efficiency.

When to Use

Identify teams that generate real danger vs those that just accumulate off-target shots.
